My left leg keeps having a heart palpitation beating that you can see the skin going up and own.  Is this anything to be concerened about?  I have lumps all down the side of my left leg which are severely painful too touch.  And I cannot lie on my side any longer because of the severity of the pain.  This is another problem, that I am concerned with, but I feel like the heart beating is coming from a main vein in my leg.

Can you please help me with this?

You should probably see a doctor.  This site is not intended to treat or diagnose any disease or condition. It is best to see a doctor or go to the emergency room if you are very concerned.
