That's hard to pin down.
 

I'll say carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and phosphorus. It differs in other organisms, though.

CHNOPS - six most common elements in all life forms:  carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen,  phosphorus and sulfur.

Vertebrates differ slightly with calcium being a major part of the skeleton so it edges out sulfur as one of the top six.
