This is a question of opinion but my opinion is that it would lead to a large class disparity. The process will likely be very expensive and only the wealthy will be able to afford to it. By potentially making their children genetically stronger, bigger, smarter, more physically appealing, etc. the wealthy class would continue to separate themselves while the less privileged would fall further into poverty.

I also believe that when you disrupt natural selection in this way, there will always be many unforeseen problems.
