I have a DNA test done and we match on the following markers D8S1179, FGA, VWA,  D7S820, FESFPS, PENTA E, LPL, F13B, F13A01, PENTA D, D16S539, D13S317, AND D5S818. THE LAB SAID they could NOT read the main marker becuase they could NOT read them. This was the case with two labs. My question are: Matching 13 markers does that show paternity and the second question is how can the labs not be able to read some makers? Then keep testing until they find markers that does NOT match.
