Can my blood on the brain be causing my anger issues?

I'm 30 years old and about 2 years ago I had blood on the brain it accord in the left frontal lobe. Since then I've been having anger issues the littlest things have set me off. I've never had this anger problem before could it be caused by the cerebral hemorging 2 years ago? If so how can I stop or treat it?
