why is the stomach hypotonic to the bloodstream when rehydration is necessary ?
A dehydrated runner drinks a lot of water after a race. they rehydrate because the stomach is hypotonic to the bloodstream. Why is the stomach hypotonic to the bloodstream under this condition ?
