my veins on my hands bulging?

why are the veins on my hands blue and bulging? Do I need to gain weight or get more oxygen?

I think this would be a good question for a medical professional. There could be many reasons.  It could be very normal and nothing to worry about but I would suggest if it concerns you to see a doctor.
