A wolf cell would contain structures similar to any other animal cell.  It would also depend upon the cell type as there are many different cell types in most animal life.  Typical structures in all animal cells are

a cell membrane cytoplasm, Nucleus, mitochondria, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, cell receptors, DNA, RNA, channel proteins and several other structures and proteins.
