are these frog eggs, in my tea?

I bought a pound bag of loose tea, and have been drinking it for some time. Today, after steeping a tablespoon in just boiled water, I found what look like about 20 small eggs, possibly frog eggs, in the pot (obviously, they are no longer alive). Where can I send these for testing, to confirm what they are?

Your health depatment might be able to help you and they would REALLY be interested in any sort of contamination of food.
